- 限宽 1920px、质量 82；有真实透明通道的两张（ubuntu-2604-desktop、
  墨菲定律图1）保留 alpha，其余去 alpha 转 RGB
- 同步更新 8 个 markdown 文件中的 9 处引用（含 Caddy 那篇的 frontmatter）
- Caddy.png 1368 KB -> 22.8 KB（原为截图存成 PNG）
- 已核对：全项目 0 处缺失引用
